The Impact of the Efforts and Measures of the Yemeni Central Bank on Promoting Financial Inclusion in Yemen

Abstract
This study aimed to examine the impact of the efforts and measures undertaken by the Yemeni Central Bank on promoting financial inclusion in Yemen. The study employed a descriptive analytical approach to address the research questions and test its hypotheses. Data was collected through an electronic questionnaire distributed to employees of the Yemeni Central Bank in Aden and its branches in other governorates. A total of 180 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The study relied on descriptive and inferential statistical methods using the SPSS program, as well as structural equation modeling (SEM) through the SmartPLS program. The results of the study revealed a positive impact of the Yemeni Central Bank's efforts and measures, including (diversification of financial institutions, financial literacy, consumer protection, payment systems, policies and regulations, and responsiveness to international efforts), on promoting financial inclusion in Yemen. Additionally, the study found differences in the opinions of Yemeni Central Bank employees across all functional levels regarding measures to enhance financial inclusion, particularly among those holding senior administrative positions.
