Abstract

This study aimed to determine the impact of intellectual capital on administrative creativity in private Yemeni universities in the capital, Sana'a. The study followed a descriptive-analytical approach. To achieve the study's objectives and test its hypotheses, a questionnaire was developed to collect primary data from a study population of 420 individuals. A stratified random sample of 201 individuals was selected. Data were statistically analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study found that private Yemeni universities pay significant attention to providing intellectual capital and practicing administrative creativity. Additionally, intellectual capital, in all its dimensions, has a significant impact on administrative creativity in private Yemeni universities. The structural capital dimension was found to have the greatest impact on administrative creativity, while human capital had the least impact. Based on these findings, the study recommends enriching the intellectual capital of private Yemeni universities and enhancing their practice of administrative creativity. Furthermore, it emphasizes the need to enhance the availability of intellectual capital, particularly structural capital, given its significant impact on administrative creativity.
